Project Details
This 7-unit residential condominium was designed as a second home for a client who wished to live on the Central Coast during certain seasons of the year.
This development consists of two buildings housing 7 units of which one unit is ADA approved with an elevator.
All units have roof top decks designed for SPA loads for those anticipated sunset evenings. Glass railing is used to insure unobstructed views of the Pacific Coastline.
Each unit has two master bedroom suites on the second level and living spaces on the third level of approximately 2,100 sqft including their own two-car garage.
In addition each unit is designed for “future” elevators. Exterior materials consisting of composite siding, metal rails, stone veneer and concrete wainscoting are low maintenance as is the drought tolerant landscaping.
