Positioned along the edge of the hill, the home incorporates more than 80 windows to capture views of the surrounding countryside and distant city while filling the interior with natural light. Layered rooflines and articulated building forms help reduce the visual scale of the residence and allow it to settle naturally into its wooded setting.

The multi-level floor plan responds directly to the sloping terrain, with a dramatic central entry positioned at the mid-level of the home. From this arrival point, a winding staircase leads to the private bedroom areas above, while sweeping stairs descend to the primary living and entertaining spaces below. The lower level includes a private guest suite, home theater, and exercise room, providing flexible spaces for visitors, recreation, and entertainment. Throughout the residence, extensive glazing and carefully positioned windows maintain strong visual connections to the surrounding landscape.

Energy resilience was incorporated through a solar power system and backup generator capable of supporting the residence.
