Project Details
This project consisted of three separate residential condos’; each housed on the second and third levels with a garage below and an upper roof deck above.
The project is located on the cliffs above the beach areas with spectacular views up and down the Pacific Coastline.
The use of glass railing affords non-obstructive views from the interiors and the exteriors are designed with “minimal maintenance” in mind, yet broken with a variety, including stone and stone trim and colors.
