Project Details

What initially opened as The Clarion Estates later became Vintage Simi Hills before finally adopting its current name, The Foothills at Simi Valley. Spanning 115,000 square feet, this stunning assisted care facility is a two-story building divided by three area separation walls and doors.

The project features 150 units with an array of amenities both inside and out. Residents and visitors may discover staff offices, a visitors’ lounge, a reception area with a 30-foot-long water feature, conference rooms, hair salon, library with computer stations, dining room, home theater and family dining rooms for special occasions.

Outside the facility you will discover beautifully landscaped walks and grounds and putting greens. The dining room is oriented to enjoy the private grounds and ponds as well as the community activities, offered along the street frontage, with an inviting covered entry area.

The architecture is “Mediterranean style” complemented with soft arches and ionic columns throughout.
