Project Details
Western Heritage Professional Center is a "Western" themed building which fits perfectly in the downtown "Country Store" atmosphere of Templeton, California.
It's a two-story professional office complex consisting of 12 individual professional condominium office spaces linked together with a covered walk on both sides along with the city's first elevator serving 6 of the 12 units.
Each unit varies from 500 square feet to 900 square feet, and includes private toilet rooms in each. The entire project's parking is in the rear, out of site from the street.
This project is unique because the design took great strides in situating itself amongst the beautiful heritage oak trees.
