City Hall Roundtable Event
Gary F Harcourt, Architect, was among one of forty attendees at the “City of Atascadero Roundtable Event” in an effort to provide new vehicles in which the City of Atascadero could streamline the current building permit process and reduce fees.
Providing a streamlined plan check process for those who are represented by licensed and liable professionals was one of several ideas suggested by Mr. Harcourt . This plan would benefit all parties. It would relieve the City of much time and expense, save time for the client or applicant, and provide a benefit in which professionals could now fully exercise and offer their clientele.
