This 7-unit residential condominium was designed as a second home for those who would like to be along the Central Coast of California. This development consists of two building housing 7 units of which one unit is ADA approved with an elevator.
All units have rooftop decks designed for SPA loads for those beautiful evenings. Glass railing is used to ensure unobstructed views of the Pacific Coastline. Each unit has two master bedroom suites on the second level and living spaces on the third level of approximately 2,100sf including their own two-car garage.
