Green Building Alliance

Mr. Harcourt was one of the architects present along with various builders and building officials who attended the first Green Building Alliance meeting hosted at the Courtyard Marriott.

Wes Willhoit of Estrella Associates, Inc., a green construction development company, shared about the SLO Green Building Ordinance for both Residential and Non-Residential projects, defining the limits of each as to the new requirements for processing and building for complying with these requirements.
