The Clarion Estates/Vintage Simi Hills, ( currently The Foothills At Simi Valley ) a 115,000 square foot, 150+ unit Mediterranean assisted care and memory care facility designed by GFH Architecture, Planning & Graphics, was recently selected and featured in a Hallmark TV movie entitled “A Moving Romance” starring Ambyr Childers, Keegan Allen, and Jim O’heir.
The facility was fictitiously renamed “Golden Meadows Assisted Living” and both exterior and interior shots of the facility can be seen in multiple scenes throughout the movie.
A Moving Romance
Ambyr Childers Keegan Allen Jim O’heir
A Moving Romance is the story of interior designer, Olivia Wilson (Ambyr Childers), who unexpectedly loses her job in New York and decides to head home to California to surprise her dad, Neil (Jim O’heir), for the 25th anniversary of the family business, Wilson Family Movers. Upon arrival she clashes with Scott (Keegan Allen), the newest member/manager of the team, who has ambitions of his own. Olivia soon finds herself using her charm along with her interior design and staging skills to encourage Scott’s grandmother to move her address to Golden Meadows Assisted Living and sparks fly between the two young professionals. Scott and Olivia unexpectedly form a romantic bond as they begin to work together to save the family business.
